Help & support

Getting help from inside the app — reporting a problem, asking how something works, suggesting a feature.

Asking from inside the app

Help & support is in the app on both web and mobile, open to every role. Pick what it is — a problem, a how-to question, a feature suggestion, or anything else — write it in your own words, Arabic or English, and send. The app quietly attaches the context that makes answers fast (which screen you were on, app version), so you don't have to describe your setup.

Screenshots

You can attach up to five screenshots or PDFs, 10 MB each. A picture of what you're looking at usually answers half our questions on its own, so attach one whenever the problem is something you can see.

Two things worth knowing before you do, because a screenshot of Angel is a screenshot of somebody's chart:

  • An assistant reads it first. Angel's support assistant looks at your request and your screenshots and writes a draft answer from these help articles. Nothing is sent to you automatically — a person at Angel reads the draft, corrects it, and sends the reply.
  • Screenshots don't stay. They're deleted 90 days after your request is closed. The conversation itself is kept — that's Angel's own support history — but the images are not. If you reply and the request reopens, the clock starts again from the new close.

What happens next

Your request goes to Angel. When there's an answer, it arrives as an in-app notification and the conversation lives in Help & support — reply there if the answer doesn't settle it, and the request reopens. A request is open until answered, and closed when it's settled.

Before you write

Help center at the top of the screen opens these articles in your browser — the same answer, without the wait. The ? popovers next to settings answer most how-do-I questions immediately too. For a problem, the most useful things to include are what you expected, what happened instead, and the patient-free details (never a patient's name in a support message if a description works — "a patient's chart" beats naming them).

Still stuck?

If you already use Angel, ask from inside it — Help & support carries your clinic, screen and app version with the message, so nobody has to describe their setup. Otherwise write to us and a human will answer.
