Subscription & billing

One plan with everything, per-doctor pricing, the trial and its one-time extension, saving a card for automatic renewal, what happens if payment lapses, and storage fair use.

One plan, everything included

Angel has one plan per country, and it includes the entire product — the clinical system and the patient-facing growth tools (booking page, portal, landing page, online payments). There is no tier ladder and no feature you're locked out of; what your clinic actually uses is just its own Features switches.

Per-doctor pricing

The price scales with doctor seats: a base price that includes the first doctor, plus a per-doctor price for each additional one. Nurses, receptionists, admins and assistants are always free — add as many as your clinic needs. Yearly billing costs ten months' price — two months free. The current prices for your country are shown on the Billing page.

Clinics beyond the self-serve seat limit are enterprise accounts billed directly — contact Angel.

The trial

New clinics get 30 days with everything, one doctor seat, no card required. Subscribe from Billing before it ends to keep going without interruption.

Extending your trial

If the 30 days weren't enough to finish setting up, you can add 30 more days once, from the Billing page. The offer appears in the trial's last week and needs no card and no payment — one click and the date moves. It's available a single time per clinic, and it still works if the trial already ran out: you get the full extra days from the day you claim it, and the clinic comes straight out of read-only.

Only owners and admins see it. Clinics billed directly by Angel don't — their term is agreed with Angel.

Automatic renewal

Instead of coming back to Billing every period, you can save a card and let the subscription renew itself. Saving a card charges nothing that day. If you save one during the trial, your subscription simply starts the day the trial ends — no gap and no read-only pause.

You enter the card on the payment provider's own page, never on an Angel screen. Angel never sees or stores your card number — we keep only a reference the provider lets us charge at renewal, plus the card brand so you can tell which card is on file. Replace it any time from the same place; the new card takes over from the next renewal.

Saving a card is available where Angel's payment provider supports it — Egypt and the other Paymob markets today. Elsewhere, subscribe from Billing each period as usual.

If payment lapses

A failed renewal never locks you away from your patients' records. After a grace period, the clinic switches to read-only: everything remains readable — charts, history, documents — but new writes pause until the subscription is current. Fix the payment and everything resumes as it was.

Storage fair use

Your plan includes a storage allowance for attachments and documents. Past it, new uploads pause — nothing already stored is ever taken away, and reading is never gated. If you're approaching the limit, talk to Angel.

Invoices

Every charge appears in your billing history with an invoice. Subscription payments go through Angel's payment provider for your country; this is separate from your clinic's own patient payments, which settle to your own account.

Still stuck?

If you already use Angel, ask from inside it — Help & support carries your clinic, screen and app version with the message, so nobody has to describe their setup. Otherwise write to us and a human will answer.
